Stephanie is responsible for planning and being hands-on on projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. She plans and designates project resources, monitors progress, and keeps all stakeholders informed the entire way. She's the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline. Holding a bachelor's degree in IBA, she's one of the most effective communicators, using language that everyone on the team understands to clarify what needs to happen and how it should occur.
